Position OverviewAccount Manager

We have two locations and a team of 9 professionals at Enrique Ramirez Insurance and Fin Services Inc.

Our main agency is located in Soledad CA and the second one in Salinas CA. Our busy offices have a passion for making a difference in the lives of people and bettering the community. This is a full-time position. The account manager assists customers with their insurance and financial services needs, ensures customer satisfaction, identifies risks, and makes recommendations for the best value protection.

Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Requirements
  • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs

  • Ability to make presentations to potential customers
  • Ability to assess customer needs and conduct effective interviews
  • Ability to effectively relate to a customer
  • Bilingual - Spanish preferred
  • Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
  • Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)

Compensation $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
